Marie Ziegler , 55, of 100 Apple Valley Road, Stamford, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, police said. Officers were dispatched to Candlewood Lane after 8 p.m. on the report of a driver attempting to flee the scene of an accident, police said.
