A 14-year-old girl turned into a terror for a pair of Greenwich detectives, who were scratched and spit at by the out-of-control teen when they went to pick her up on a Stamford juvenile court warrant Wednesday morning, Stamford police said. The two female detectives learned the girl was at a residence on Custer Street in Stamford and went there on a "take into custody order" shortly before 10 a.m. However, the teen had different ideas and began acting aggressively, spitting, flailing her arms and striking the detectives, police said.
