As traffic races by, Silvia Fernandez-Stein paints a traffic signal box at the corner of Hope Street and Rock Spring Road as part of a Glenbrook Association project in Stamford, Conn., on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014. A life-long painter, Silvia has painted two other signal boxes: one at Stark Elementary School and another at Mill River Park.
