STAMFORD The Association of Retired Teachers of Connecticut has endorsed two-term incumbent state Rep. Michael Molgano for re-election to his 144th District seat. The Association of Retired Teachers of Connecticut is a non-profit organization of retired teachers that represent 16,000 members/affiliates and advocate for 33,000 retired Conneticut teachers.
