A Bridgeport man is facing weapons charges after leading Stamford police on a foot chase through an East Side neighborhood in which an officer was injured. Jonathan Bonaparte, 26, of Center Street, in Bridgeport, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a firearm, altering the serial number of a weapon and interfering with police.
