Police are searching for an armed robber who entered the Global gas station 765 E. Main Street early Saturday morning and made off with about $500. Lt. Diedrich Hohn said a masked man covered from head to toe in dark clothing and brandishing a silver revolver burst into the gas station at 5:23 a.m., pushed a clerk into a bathroom and then ordered a second clerk to open the cash register.
