$5 million settlement reached in Connecticut fire

Court records obtained Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015 by The Associated Press show that Michael Borcina and his contracting company settled a lawsuit by the children's father, Matthew Badger, in Hartford Superior Court by paying him $5 million.
