Wilton man had 4 lbs of pot in car, Stamford cops say

A motor vehicle stop of a man who was using his cellphone while driving late Thursday night netted just under four pounds of marijuana being driven through Stamford by a Wilton man, police said. Kyle Levy , 26, of Lindentree Road, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of more than a kilo of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
