BP, Synchrony Financial Forge Consumer Credit Deal

CHICAGO & STAMFORD, Conn. -- BP has forged an agreement with consumer financial services company Synchrony Financial, formerly GE Capital Retail Finance, to provide private-label credit card and co-branded credit programs for consumers nationwide.
