Judge raises bond of rearrested former teacher

A judge raised bail for a former Stamford teacher who was arrested for a second time, accused of threatening the high school student she had sex with. Thirty-two-year-old Danielle Watkins already pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault charges and risk of injury to a minor in December.
