Norwalk Man Nailed In New Year's Day Drug Bust In Stamford

A Norwalk man who police described as having a lengthy criminal record was arrested Thursday evening in Stamford and charged with multiple drug offenses. Curtis E. Williams, 52, of 430 Main Ave., was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
