Mayor David Martin announced today Stamford's snow emergency will be lifted Wednesday at 6 a.m. Until then, vehicles must remain off snow emergency routes and residents can continue to park in the City's garages for free. City ordinances require that snow and ice be removed from sidewalks in front of homes and businesses within 12 hours of the snow ending.
