The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education will present its third annual "Women Empowering Women" forum on Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa. This year's panel discussion, entitled "Building Your Personal Brand," will be moderated by Rebecca Surran, Emmy Award-winning anchor at News 12 Connecticut.
