A newcomer looks for 'cultural engagement' beyond the restaurant and bar scene, ends up creating it herself to tap into the city's cultural underground Director of Ignite Meg Dalton goes over the final-minute details with her speakers before the start of Ignite's first event of the year at Cask Republic in Stamford, Conn., on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015.
