Norwalk Land Trust To Honor Environmentalist Marny Smith At Meeting

The Norwalk Land Trust annual meeting will be held on Monday, Feb. 9, in the Community Room at Norwalk City Hall, and it will feature an honoring ceremony and a speaker. The meeting - rescheduled from Monday, Jan. 26 because of a snowstorm -- is open to the public, starting at 7 p.m., preceded by refreshments at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will feature Dave Winston, president and head steward of the Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary in Stamford as a speaker.
