Snow Still Falling Across Stamford; Streets Remain Slick

Neighborhoods and streets remained mostly quiet Monday in Stamford as heavy snow continued to fall and winter kept its grip on the area. There was one bright spot for residents in all of the snow that came down and that was Mayor David Martin's decision to extend payment of their tax bill until Tuesday from the original deadline of this past Saturday.
