Stamford man's bad hair day leads to arrest

A city man who felt like he got scalped at a Long Ridge beauty parlor was arrested by police Wednesday morning after he allegedly became hostile toward the staff and began throwing property around the salon, police said. Alan Becker , 47, of Webbs Hill Road, was charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace and released by police on a written promise to appear at court.
