The National Labor Relations Board in Washington has affirmed the decision of an administrative law judge in Connecticut 16 months ago that HealthBridge Management broke the law when it fired a union steward at one of its nursing homes. The board confirmed that Patrick Atkinson, a dietary aide at Long Ridge of Stamford, should be rehired and receive back pay since his dismissal in February 2012.
