Everyone's a wee bit Irish come St. Patrick's Day, with bars and restaurants going corned beef and cabbage-wild with specials, live music and pints full of Guinness. Live here long enough and you surely know about Tigin Irish Pub in Stamford or O'Neill's Pub & Restaurant in Norwalk, where, starting March 15, you'll find live Irish music, along with a special breakfast buffet, a pipes and drum performance and some two-stepping from the Lenihan School of Irish Dance.
