Stamford Man Charged With Slashing Girlfriend With Knife During Argument

A man was accused of cutting his girlfriend's little finger on her left hand with a knife as they argued Wednesday night, Stamford Police said. Police said they were called to the Food Bag store at 1058 Hope St. at 7 p.m. by a store clerk after a woman ran in and asked him to call the police.
