Witnesses are being sought for the late Thursday crash between an all-terrain vehicle and a car in downtown Stamford that critically injured the ATV driver. The Stamford Police Department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad is investigating the crash of 2002 four-wheel Honda 300cc quad ATV with a 2013 Kia Rio sedan on Grove Street at Broad Street that occurred at 10:15 p.m. March 5, according to police.
