Synchrony Financial leases Rushmore One building at Ballantyne Corporate Park

Synchrony Financial has leased the Rushmore One building at Ballantyne Corporate Park and has begun renovation work at the property, including the creation of additional parking spaces. Synchrony, a consumer financial-services company based in Stamford, Conn., was formerly known as GE Capital Retail Finance and spun out of General Electric Co.
