A West Side bodega owner likely facing prison after his third arrest involving narcotics trafficking charges apparently got cold feet and skipped his afternoon appearance at state Superior Court in Stamford on Thursday. Without missing a beat, Judge Richard Comerford raised the bond for Cesar Eduardo , 46, to $250,000 and ordered his re-arrest.
