The Young Mariners Foundation honored Judy Martin and Stamford Mayor David Martin, founders of Starfish Connection Inc., a partner of YMF, at its fourth annual Keeping Kids on Course gala on Thursday. Young Mariners encourages the growth and development of students in teamwork, goal setting, life and citizenship skills, and self-esteem by combining the sport of sailing with after-school educational programs.
