Stamford police briefs

Taylor Tobias, 24, of Bedford Street, in Stamford, Conn., was charged Sunday, April 5, 2015, with third-degree assault, criminal mischief, breach of peace and criminal violation of a restraining order after allegedly grabbing the steering wheel of his own car that his girlfriend ws driving and forcing her to drive through a fence.
