Stamford snow overtime falls short, again

Like the public safety departments have done already this year, the Office of Operations will come before the Board of Finance on April 9 to ask for $378,283 to cover an overtime shortfall. The city has spent $798,489 on snow removal overtime this fiscal year -- almost twice its original budget of $453,599, according to city records.
