With promotions, SAC successor points to new ethic

Highlighting a pair of promotions as a "more objective" approach on its internal personnel policies, Stamford-based Point72 Asset Management made Mike Towey of Rowayton managing partner and Kirk McKeown of Greenwich managing director. Towey has been director of equity research since June 2014 for EverPoint Asset Management, a New York City-based affiliate of Point72, previously holding a similar role with Susquehanna International Group for four years.
