Grammy-award-winning recording artist Al Jarreau will donate a portion of proceeds from his one-night-only concert appearance at the Palace Theater in Stamford to Malta House, a residence for homeless expectant mothers and their babies located in Norwalk, Conn. The concert has been rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. Orchestra seats, which are $250 a ticket, include a VIP reception at the Palace Theater starting at - 6:30 pm with champagne, wine, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from Columbus Park, and presentation of the John Swanhaus Award to Sarita Hanley, a great supporter of Malta House, and Dr. Karen Shields Wright, its spiritual director.
