The Rotary Club of Stamford will host Younhee Shin , from the Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project, as a guest speaker on 12:15 p.m. Jan. 6 at the Stamford Sheraton, 700 Main St. The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project is a nonprofit organization that was formed in September 2005 to promote Korean history and culture to the wider world. The Stamford Woman's Club invites all women interested in community service and subjects of general importance to attend their meeting Jan. 7 at 1 p.m. in the Lounge of the First United Methodist Church , 42 Cross Road.
