On Thursday, April 2, the Stamford Innovation Center will host an evening workshop showing people how they can develop a mobile app in an hour's time --or manage those who would do it for them. The class is being taught by Mark Lassoff , who grew up in Trumbull and Westport before launching Learn to Program in Vernon, with the company having taught programming skills to some 400,000 people who take online classes.
