Highway road work on the Merritt Parkway in New Canaan and Stamford and on Interstate 95 in Norwalk and Darien is expected to close lanes and restrict traffic flow on Tuesday until early or mid-afternoon, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Here's where lane closures will take place in the area, mostly on Tuesday, but also on Wednesday and on Thursday : In Westport, paving will constrict traffic flow at the spot near 468 Post Rd. East where there were two recent sewer main collapses.
