Stamford Stabbing Victim Is City's First Homicide Of 2015

A 52-year old man was stabbed to death in the downtown area Wednesday evening, becoming the city's first homicide of 2015. Police said Stamford EMS personnel were responding to an unrelated incident at the corner of Broad and Bedford streets about 8:15 p.m. when they saw a man collapse on the street.
