An East Haven man serving a long jail term for multiple burglaries is facing a new charge filed by Stamford police after his blood turned up at the scene of a Hope Street burglary in 2011. Sgt. Peter diSpagna said a Hope Street resident returned home on Aug. 31, 2011 to find he had been burglarized.
