A homeless Bronx man apprehended at the Ferguson Library on Tuesday was extradited to New York Wednesday where he will face an attempted-murder charge. Angel Rivera , 21, was turned over to waiting Bronx detectives following his arraignment Wednesday morning at the Stamford courthouse, where he was being held as a fugitive from justice.
