A Stamford man Cesar Martinez, 29, of Greyrock Place said in court that he accidentally strangled his girlfriend last year while trying to keep her calm in the backseat of a car during an argument, reports CT News. A Norwalk man Luis M. Contreras, 29, was killed after he lost control of his car and was ejected in a one-car crash on Route 7 near the interchange with Interstate 95 in Norwalk, Connecticut State Police said.
