Woman: Concrete fell on car from NY highway overpass

A woman is hospitalized with eye and facial injuries after she says a piece of concrete smashed through her car windshield from a highway overpass. WABC says Mrya Flores, of Stamford, Connecticut, required 15 stitches following the Saturday incident on I-95 in Larchmont.
