Police: Stamford Man Caught Urinating In Full View Of Officers

To their surprise, a Stamford man just couldn't wait and relieved himself in full view of police officers on Bedford Street on Wednesday afternoon, police said. Paul T. Pia, 46, of 597 S. Pacific St., was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.
