Officer Mark Tymon stands at the scene where a Stamford school bus and a silver Volkswagen Beetle crashed near the intersection of Bridge Street and Hubbard Ave. in Stamford, Conn., on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. According to police at the scene, the bus was not carrying children at the time of the accident and the female driver of the car was unconcious when police arrived and was transported to Stamford Hospital.
