State DOT shuts Stamford train station garage

The Connecticut Department of Transportation closed the old section of the parking garage at the Stamford Transportation Center Monday, April 14, 2015, due to safety concerns after a chunk of concrete fell through to the floor below, leaving a gaping hole.
