All Department of Motor Vehicles' offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. DMV's regional service centers and major service offices will reopen Friday, Nov. 28, at 7:45 a.m. DMV's regional service centers and major service offices will also be open for normal business hours on Saturday, November 29, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. DMV's Stamford Photo License Center, which operates by appointment-only made through the DMV website, will remain closed on Friday, Nov. 28 and reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 2. The Stamford office is normally closed on Mondays.
