A Stamford High School English teacher accused of carrying on an inappropriate sexual relationship with one of her students, will spend at least nine months in jail if she accepts a plea agreement offered by a Stamford prosecutor Friday. At a hearing at state Superior Court , Norwalk resident Danielle Watkins stood silently by her attorney Rob Serafinowicz as Assistant State's Attorney Michelle Manning spelled out the terms of a plea bargain that could keep her behind bars for up to four years.
