Stamford principals get probation in sex case

A state Superior Court judge has approved a probation program for two Stamford High School principals on charges they failed to report a sexual relationship between a teacher and student. The Advocate of Stamford reports that principal Donna Valentine and assistant principal Roth Nordin said in court Wednesday they should have called the state Department of Children and Families and apologized for failing to do so.
