Grants totaling $30 million will soon be distributed to Stamford and 10 other municipalities for the restoration and resiliency of infrastructure impacted by superstorm Sandy, state officials announced Monday. "Earlier this year, DOH disbursed nearly $32 million in several communities ravaged by recent storms," said Department of Housing Commissioner Evonne Klein.
