Stamford police are seeking the public's help in finding a 24-year-old city man who hasn't been seen or heard from since Christmas Eve. Paulino Mendoza, of 17 Willowbrook Ave., went out with friends on Christmas Eve and his family haven't been able to make any contact with him since.
