Stamford Police Worried About Young Intoxicated Residents Being Victimized

Stamford Police say they are growing increasingly worried about the high number of young people who are wandering around the city intoxicated, which is leading to some of them being targeted by criminals, WTNH News 8 reports. Police say, especially on weekends, people are being discovered in bushes, on the sides of roads, and stumbling around because they are intoxicated.
