Stamford City officials announced last week that they have discovered that EOS CCA, the city's contractor responsible for handling collections for the past eight years, has mailed incorrect delinquent motor vehicle tax bills. The bills erroneously charged delinquent payers an additional one year of interest for the 2012 and 2013 tax years.
