Fatal crash suspect pleads not guilty

The woman accused of running away from an accident that she allegedly caused the car crash that killed two people nearly a month ago was arraigned on felony charges at the Stamford courthouse Thursday. Felicia Burl, 32, of Stamford, made not guilty pleas to two manslaughter charges, two charges of leaving the scene of an accident and second degree assault.
