More Styrofoam discovered in waters around Stamford's Harbor Point

A photo from Steven Loeb of the city's Harbor Management Commission shows particles of Styrofoam floating in the West Branch of Stamford Harbor. It is unclear how the building material got in the water, but city and state officials are looking at a Building and Land Technology construction site that had been cited earlier this year for allowing Styrofoam to fall into the harbor.
