Piano teacher moves to expunge child endangerment charge

A state prosecutor will argue against a Stamford music teacher's attempt to get into a court program that would wipe a child endangerment charge away after he confessed to telling a 10-year-old student to take off her shorts and underwear during a piano lesson. At a brief hearing at state Superior Court in Stamford on Wednesday, Senior Assistant State's Attorney Mitchell Rubin said he was giving notice to everyone concerned that he would challenge music teacher Sean Jackson 's bid to participate in the accelerated rehabilitation program.
