Stamford Police have issued a silver alert for city resident Martha Dubissette who has been missing since Thursday, Dec. 4. The 77-year-old Dubissette is described as a black female with gray hair and brown eyes. She is five-foot-five inches tall and weighs 135 pounds, according to police.
